BOots Boots boots

Hello lovies. I apologize for being so MIA lately, but I'm back. This summer I have had the pleasure to travel to Italy, Slovenia, and Croatia. It was there that I fell in love with many European magazines. So let me share my favorite with you: Vogue Italia. Trends are not postponed but updated regularly and the magazine really keeps you in touch with the latest shows and lines. Their feature on boots, is what I am going to pass along to you. Yes, we are still in Summer, and for those in Southern California, like myself, we are in quite the heat wave, but we cannot ignore the fact that fall is coming which means one thing and one thing only: boot season. So here it is from Seline Olivia one of my favorite Italian bloggers:

Elegant. Not necessarily high-heeled, but with a well-defined shape, the leather outlines the silhouette of your legs: see the classic horseriding model by Fratelli Rossetti, the classic knee-high boots by Atos Lombardini or the over-the-knee boots by Alexander Wang.

New folk. If you like a natural style, choose "folk-inspired" designs: see the ethnic boots by Chloé or the turquoise suede camperos by Chanel.

Ankle-boots. If you like to wear boots with your pants, you may choose among various ankle boot designs. Balenciaga gets inspired by trekking shoes, while Giuseppe Zanotti Design proposes a couture model, with asymmetrical gold trimming.

Super chic. If you want to dare and feel like a diva, Saint Laurent propose 60s inspired boots in a
gold texture. What can we say? We think they are magical.

XO your daily dose
